Our Identity

Our Logo

The falling green leaves represent our patients who are weak and debilitated, very sick or near death. The green color signifies that despite their weakness, their life should still be vibrant.

The blue upright leaves symbolize the caregivers/ relatives who are strong and steadfast in their care for their loved ones.

The two supporting branches embody the support systems of the patient and their families. These constitute hospices and other organizations that envision the improvement of the quality of life of terminally ill patients and provide emotional, spiritual and psychosocial support to the patient and their families.

It is the heart that binds these groups together to bring about the realization of their vision.

This is what the National Hospice and Palliative Care Council of the Philippines is committed to achieve.

"To ensure the Best Quality of Life for terminally ill patients and their families."
